There are two steps to completing membership application:
- Provide member information via form below. NOTE: Information will not be sent until you hit Submit button.
- Submit payment. We accept PayPal, Credit Card, check or money order.
Membership will be registered once both Member Information and payment are received.

Select the button next to the desired membership level to complete payment with credit card, debit card or PayPal account.
NOTE: You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to join SOS online.
Paying by Check or Money Order
If you prefer to submit your membership fee by check or money order, you may do so.
- Make check payable to SOS – Save Our Stories, Inc
- Send to SOS – Save Our Stories, P.O. Box 266, Marion, IN 46952.
- If paying by check,
- You may still use the online Contact form to provide your information
- Or print this page and include a paper copy with your payment
- Membership will be registered once both Member Information and payment are received.
